Frequently Asked Questions
Rates for call center VAs start at $273 per week. This rate is inclusive of the seat and other amenities at our partner centers.
No, you will be charged for the hours your VAs render. However, we won’t charge the $99 setup fee until after your VAs have passed the 14-day trial.
No, there is no lock-in period. However, we require a 30-day (1 month) termination notice should you wish to terminate a VA contract. Also, please remember that the number of VAs in your Call Center VA team should not fall below two full-time VAs. If you currently have two VAs on your Call Center VA team and wish to terminate one VA, you will need to get a replacement call center VA with us immediately.
All Cornerstone Clients will have a discounted additional charge of $2/seat/hour for their first two (2) Call Center VA seats. The regular add-on rate is $2.50/seat/hour. Each center will have five (5) Cornerstone Clients.

Yes! The discount applies to the seats, not the VAs. As long as you consistently keep the 2 discounted seats with us, changing the VA who occupies those seats won’t affect your discount. This gives you peace of mind when it comes to ensuring that you have the best VAs in your Call Center VA team.
